Abstract

This article appeals to NSW lawmakers to listen to the voice of Aborigines when framing legislation for Aborigines. In particular it highlight the policies of the Aborigines Progressive Assocation with relation to: citizen rights, land settlement, education, admission to civil service, Aboriginal reserves, and administration.
