Abstract

Four-page, printed broadsheet authorised by Trade Union officials and university activists in Sydney. N.d, circa mid-April 1969. On April 11, 1969, police broke up an anti-Vietnam demonstration in Sydney and made 110 arrests. 50,000 copies of this broadsheet were produced in response. The broadsheet calls for a protest on Wednesday, April 23 against the ‘unprovoked police violence’ in Sydney streets. - [Ken Mansell]
