- Abstract
In response to a significant campaign, the NSW Labor Government ordered a second Royal Commission into the conviction for seditious conspiracy of twelve members of the Industrial Workers of the World in December 1916. As a result of this Royal Commission conducted by Justice Ewing, ten were released immediately and the remaining two subsequently.
