Abstract

Subtitled 'Work on Changing Australia', this new journal expressed the views of socialist and Maoist intellectuals critical of Australian subservience to 'superpowers', touching on themes within the radical nationalist tradition and articulated by the Communist Party of Australia (Marxist-Leninist) with whom the editors of this journal were to varying degrees connected. In the editorial to this second issue, the editors criticise the bicentennial history project for celebrating the destruction of Aboriginal society.
