This IWW pamphlet about prostitution describes how women have been subjugated to men 'from savagery to modern civilization'. Social inequality between the sexes causes the gendered discrepancy in moral standards. It focusses on the especially vulnerable situation of working-class women and argues that the social evil of prostitution will not end until the earth and all its resources belong to all and every man and woman has an equal opportunity to act, develop and grow. (This copy belonged to IWW member A.F. 'Bluey' Howells, who gave it to Verity Burgmann shortly before his death.)
