- Abstract
This flier promotes a demonstration in support of Marcus Brumer who was to face court on charges relating to throwing a cream pie at Victorian Labor Premier, Steve Bracks. The demonstration was also to show solidarity for protesters who were arrested and others who became "victims of police violence" at the S11 blockade in September 2000. The flier claims that Bracks "got away scot free with his actions of directing and encouraging the worst Police political violence in Victoria's history at the blockade of the World Economic Forum at Melbourne's Crown Casino." The demontration was to include a "pie fight" outside the Melbourne Magistrates' Court in William St on 19 December, 2000.
