Abstract

This pamphlet is a reprint of articles by Henry Boote, editor of The Worker, dealing with the case of Donald Grant, one of the twelve members of the Industrial Workers of the World sentenced to prison in 1917 on fabricated charges of sedition etc. Boote shows how the trial was a travesty of justice.

For details of the case, see Ian Turner, Sydney's Burning; and Verity Burgmann, Revolutionary Industrial Unionism.

The scan of this pamphlet was kindly donated to Reason In Revolt by Simon Pickering.
