- Abstract
One of various pamphlets produced by the movement to seek justice for twelve members of the Industrial Workers of the World convicted of seditious conspiracy in December 1916 and imprisoned for terms ranging between five and fifteen years, with hard labour. It was widely believed in labour and radical circles that the arson cases involved were a police frame up and that the trial was not conducted fairly. This pamphlet focusses on the harsh conditions of their imprisonment.
