Summary
The Australian National Anarchist Conference was held at LaTrobe University Bundoora Campus from 8-10 June 1996. Around 150 people attended. It was organised by the LaTrobe University Anarchist Collective with help from anarchists in Melbourne (who were mainly associated with Barricade Books and Info Shop, Food Not Bombs and the Libertarian Workers for a Self-Managed Society/Anarchist Media Institute) and Sydney.
