Summary

CAMP Ink was the magazine of the Campaign Against Moral Persecution (CAMP), Australia's first national gay rights organisation). Camp Ink was a serious newsmagazine mainly aimed at gay people. However in the interests of public education, it also sought to attract readers from the wider society. Camp Ink was one of the few elements of the national gay and lesbian movement to bind the various state-based organisations with politics. It was published (but with declining frequency) between 1970-1977. Issues of the magazine were deposited in the Australian Lesbian and Gay Archives.

Details

Volumes 1-4 of CAMP Ink were digitised by the Pride History Group, New South Wales, and deposited in the Australian Lesbian and Gay Archives. (Project 40 disk)
